As a particular highlight, we invite different star chefs from over Europe to the hotel during different weeks of the year so that we can always serve our guests new creations and recommendations from our kitchen.
This year, we are able to welcome celebrity chef Ulf Wagner, a top-level German chef, to our hotel for the turn of the year.
Ulf Wagner performs culinary magic in the Basement Restaurant & Bar in the heart of Göteborg.
The renowned owner and head chef has the formula for a successful restaurant: "the biggest desire for a head chef is that the guests try as many courses as possible and that the sommelier stimulates them to sample the best wines. Bar keepers are doing a brilliant job if the bar is busy."
The Basement Restaurant is distinguished with a star in the Michelin Guide.
Amongst others, Frederik Eriksson, a star chef from Stockholm, and Lars Erik Underthun from the Restaurant "Der Feinschmecker" in Oslo have also been here. Allow yourself to have something special cooked for you by a star chef.
